We take great care in handcrafting each item here in the U.S.A., and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you!

 

Processing Time

Since all our items are handmade and made-to-order, we typically complete and ship orders within 5-7 business days, depending on order volume. Please note that this is the time we need to make your order—it does not include shipping time.

• U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
• International orders: May take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Need Your Order in a Hurry?

We offer a limited number of rush order spots for birthday crowns only. Rush fees apply.

• Rush orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after purchase.
• Priority Mail is a faster option for U.S. orders, usually arriving within 1-3 days.
• Important: Rush orders do not “skip the line” but are completed outside normal working hours to accommodate your request.

Shipping Method & Tracking

All domestic orders ship via USPS, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is on the way. You can also track your order here.

• If you ordered from our website, track your order at the link above.
• If you ordered through Etsy, sign in to your Etsy account and check under Purchases for tracking details.

Shipment or Delivery Issues

Unfortunately, shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged shipments can happen. If you experience any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you find a solution.

 

International Orders: Import Taxes, Fees & VAT

If you're ordering from outside the U.S., please be aware that your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
• We comply with all customs regulations and accurately declare package contents and value.
