We want you to love your Max and Co Pets (+ Babies) purchase! If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’re happy to help ensure the perfect fit.
EXCHANGES FOR SIZING ONLY
Exchanges are available for sizing only—please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@maxandcopets.com to begin the process. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery and buyers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition and free from any wear, pet hair, or damage.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE)
The following items cannot be exchanged:
-Custom or personalized items (including embroidered or custom-sized products)
- Final sale items
