Shipping and Returns

What is your return & exchange Policy?

🤍 EXCHANGE POLICY 🤍 

Exchanges are acceptable for bandana sizing ONLY as we want the best fit for your pup. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@maxandcopets.com.
Item needs to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible
for shipping costs both ways.  

🤍 CONDITION OF EXCHANGE 🤍 

The item needs to be in its original condition to initiate
the exchange. 

🤍 ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR
EXCHANGE 🤍  

The following items can't be exchanged: 

- Custom or personalized items

- Final sale items 

Please make sure you measure your dog's neck before
ordering. If you have trouble determining which size to order, please refer to
the sizing chart. If you have any
questions, please feel free to message us!

Do you ship products outside teh United States?

Yes, we also ship to Canada and other allowed countries by the USPS.

How can I track my order?

If you received a shipping confirmation email from us, then you can go toTrack Your Order page and enter your USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking number or you can track it directly from the USPS web site. The tracking number is usually 20 – 22 digits long, however it can be longer, there are no characters in it. NOTE: Tracking can sometimes take up to 6-7 days to update. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Max and Co Pets is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen -- all circumstances that are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Do you personalize bandanas?

Yes we do! A drop down menu is available on most or our listing with the font and color options.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Where can I get sizing information?

The sizing is specific to the product and will be found in the product description. See our sizing charts.

Do you do custom orders?

It is likely that we can. Please email us at hello@maxandcopets.com with your requests. We would love to help.

Where do I enter a discount code?

You can enter a discount code either when you are at the shopping cart or checkout page.

Why is my discount code is not working?

We have promotional, seasonal, special occasion and miscellaneous codes that have expiration dates. Bark at us at hello@maxandcopets.com with the code in question and we would be happy to look into it.
